I think that H&R Block in Ruidoso should provide public restrooms. This is not acceptable for a national company such as H&R Block.
I went to H and R block to file my taxes for the first time ever. I had lots of questions and was very curious about how the procedure went about. The woman helping me was very rude. Told me I didn't make enough to support my family. I was offended, and didn't get any of my questions answered. I came back a second time to send the process through and the woman I got the second time was much more friendly and attentive. She answered my questions, and was great help. I think H and R block should send some of their employees to a adequacy class, and give the ones who are already good a raise.
