I love banking with Pioneer! Anytime I've had a problem or question, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Roxy is one of my favorite tellers. It's very rare that you can walk into a bank and everyone knows you by name.

She remembers everything and everyone she assists and shows true knowledge of your account. Derrick Thompson was super helpful, fast when I set up my new Savings Account, too! They all have wonderful customer service and I actually have referred quite a few friends to Pioneer, PLUS who doesn't love a free gift for it ;) Keep up the great work!
So far, 1 day, Pioneer has been great. Roxie, our new account specialist, spent a lot of time answering our questions, and we got our new account all set up. Internet banking and auto download to my Quicken software worked flawlessly. I am so glad this bank is just down the block. Everyone should go see Roxie !!
