I love the car but there is no way I would use this dealership again. There was one salesman who was helpful toward the end of this experience but I would drive further just to go somewhere else.
I inquired about a car I liked and was responded to immediately, by Jared Storey. We drove to ruidoso and test drove the car. We loved it! Jared was very nice and extremely helpful through our first car buying experience. After a few bad experiences with pushy and rude car salesman in Roswell, Jared was very refreshing!!! We love our Acadia and will use Jared for future purchases! Definitely recommend him!
Wow this was The Best car buying experience I've ever had.... I am telling everyone I know. Our salesman Michael Wilson and manager Mr. Fajardo were Amazing. We will never buy a car from anywhere else and we had to drive over an hour from where we live definitely worth every bit of it. There was no back and forth mess... Exactly what we wanted they found for the best deal we could find anywhere... We have found the best in the West to buy any vehicles. Thank you all soon much, you made this an amazing car buying experience!!!
Made apt. For 1:00 for oil change, truck didn't 't go in till 2:00 , when you have to come in from 20 miles out your kinda stuck at the dealership for an hour and a half ,for 1/2 hour job. I made an appointment so I wouldn't be there 11/2 hours.
We called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for Thursday. I knew the exact car I wanted to look at and they were aware of that. Thursday, we got there and they said they were waiting on a tire to be replaced but if we bought the car that day it would be ready. We bought the car with the usual run around and stressful negotiation from the pushy salesmen and of course after the papers were signed we were told the tire didn't arrive but they would deliver the car the following day.
Service department is a low rating as they dropped the ball on the check engine light on my vehicle. They told me they ordered the part for repair. Service department never called as I was waiting 3 days to receive call. When I went to dealership to find out what is going on, they never ordered part and had no record of ever ordering. I had to leave Ruidoso to travel to another Chevy service department with engine light still on. Never again.
The hardest part about this experience was the lack of communication from the salesman and staff. I understand that they have to wait for parts but the decent thing to do would be to call me and not make me wait to call you to see what was happening.
On Friday, no one called me so I around noon called them and the tire didn't arrive but they were to call me the following day. Saturday, no one called so I called and the tire had arrived but now they were waiting on a replacement part for the dash-which no one told us about before signing the papers- so they were going to call on Monday with an update. Monday, again the salesman didn't call me so I called to talk to the sales manager who assured me that he would call me Tuesday with an update. Tuesday, no one called so again, I called and of course the sales manager was then on vacation. I finally talked to the owner and demanded that my car be delivered that day and for them to ship the part to us. The part we were waiting 3 days for was a replacement dash that my husband easily installed when it came in the following week--they didn't need to keep my car to wait for it.
