This is the 3rd car I've rented from Enterprise since moving to Ruidoso. EVERY experience so far has been flawless: Vehicles have been super-reliable, the office staff has always been outstanding, and the current guy in charge is as friendly as they come. I needed to get a copy of my contract while on the road, (the first one never got to my glove box-Doh!) and their system made the task a snap at my destination.
We were in Ruidoso for the weekend our personal car happened to mess up we went to try and rent a car. The guy was finishing up with a customer and my husband asked if they had a car we could rent he said we are closed, and didn't help us even though he was still in the office finishing up a customer. We left and went to a car lot thinking maybe hey could rent us something, they didn't do rentals but referred us to Ruidoso rent a car. She was already at home for the day she left home went to the office to pick up a car and bring it to us. I'm so glad she was willing to help us we would have been stuck without a vehicle for our stay in beautiful Ruidoso. We went back to the office to do paper work it took a total of 12 mins in and out. Thank you Ruidoso rent a car. Enterprise learn something from their customer service!!!!
Local service lacked. I asked if I could leave the rental car at the body shop and was told I had to drop it off at their location between 9am and 5pm. When I went to drop it off they weren't there. I called the Alamogordo office and was told to leave the rental car at the body shop.
Very courteous & helpful on rental return. One way from El Paso to Ruidoso went very well, appreciate Enterprise.
Looking forward to my next opportunity to use their service.
