Staffing is a challenge for the office in Ruidoso. I know he pays a premium for staff to drive in from Alamagordo and Tularosa.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. They care about money and nothing more. The staff is usually very rude and if not rude, extremely inexperienced. The man is constantly yelling at someone. My teeth hurt 10x worse then they did when I started seeing him. They will also take photos of your mouth without permission! (Which typically wouldn't be an issue if they'd just ask a gaurdian. I understand wanting it for a good resource or portfolio) they don't allow you to go back with your child!??? Makes NO sense. Your word is not cared for not your child's. I would much rather drive the extra hour or pay the extra 100 then go to them. At least that way I know my daughter isn't being abused or treated without respect.

Both of our boys have braces from him. We have been very happy with his care. My wife or I accompany our kids the entire time - they have never asked us to wait outside or upfront. The dentist takes his time and is very through in his explanation. We came from Houston where the "top" Pediatric dentist was more a mill and you barely spoke the them.
I wish I would have listened to all the warnings about this office. Unfortunately, I didn't. Do not put yourself, or your children through this sub par care. Ruidoso desperately needs a better option for orthodontics care. I have NEVER been more disappointed in how any office has treated me or my children.
