The office has lost it's lab contract entirely now so you have to go over to Tricore (also terrible) for diagnostics tests etc. I've needed to get lab work done there twice, both times they have messed up the lab orders so the lab is unable to do the test w/o me having to come back.
This place is TERRIBLE. Seriously, just go some place else. Waiting times are measured in hours, not minutes. They say it's also a walk in clinic...it's not, they just send you to the ER.
Known Dr. Brown since the 1980's - very sharp person
Dr Brown is 100% professional. Am grateful to find an experienced MD. I fully recommend Dr Brown. The wait is well worth the Dr's time.
I"m changing Dr's offices immediately, you should stay away from this place.
Dr. Brown is always double-booked and it takes over a month to get an appointment (and it's still a double-booking). I have a tumor near the base of my brain and a herniated disc in my back (with chronic pain) and they still were unable to help me. When I actually was seen by Dr. Brown she was so busy she barely looked at my chart and rushed through the examine that I am not even sure she was able to accurately diagnose me.
I have only been using this office for about six months. The only bad thing that I would say about Dr. Brown's office is the fact that they are very busy and over worked. This causes my wait time to be about an hour in the waiting room, and about thirty minutes when I make it to my examine room. The lady who went to lunch when I was walking in the door got back from her break two minutes before I was called into the examine room. I do enjoy the people who work here though, especially the doctors.
