Savories Culinary Experience is really a fabulous place for up to 50 people to gather for an outdoor dinner party in the summer months. Chef Bonnie Branson and her team prepare a custom meal using the finest, freshest ingredients. She also is very entertaining when she teaches her cooking classes there. She is a Personal Chef so you can order a custom meal service for your particular needs. She also caters off-site and will organize your special event from start to finish. She is a shining jewel in the mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico.
We had our wedding here in May and had a GREAT experience. If you are looking to have a small wedding then you might want to check this place out. The venue is a bit away from down town Ruidoso but with some planning all of our guests found it. She worked with our budget and was always very prompt in answering e-mails. The food was GREAT. My husband mentioned he hadn't had a meal that good in a long time (and we go out to eat quite a bit).... I think we will try to go to Ruidoso once a year and I believe we will have to plan a meal from them every time. We also had a photographer associated with them named Susanna that you may want to ask about if looking for an all in one experience.
