I purchased new Kolbe windows from Eagle Mountain Building Specialties. The windows leaked from the beginning. The owner pushed the problem off on the installer. The installer pushed the problem off on the manufacturer. We ended up re-installing all the windows at our own cost and the windows still leak. Eagle Mountain Building Specialties showed zero interested in helping us once they were paid.
