Would not exchange an item that was a wrong size. If I had an other choice would have taken business some where else. Clerk was rude.
Inconsistent customer service. Some passing by pretending too busy with other things. Some of them have no clue. The only person knew his business was Travis. also lots of items expired. Check their silicon tubes and you'll see.

The greatest store in town!!! If you need it, they have it! Travis is one of the friendliest, most helpful and likable people I have ever met. They are all great.....Roger, AJ, Stetson, the girls, EVERYONE!!! If you don’t have a great experience in Village Hardware, I would venture to say that it is you, not the staff, that made it unpleasant!!
