I'm new living in Ruidoso. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance. The receptionist was kind, understanding, and helpful. The library has just about any service that you might want to use to get yourself squared away. The facility is well kept, nice looking and clean. It's also easily found via Google Maps.
Excellent staff. Beautiful facilities. Community gem. Duh? Books that are free to read. Online too! What's not to like.
