I have never had a bad experience with dominoes.The crew is awesome. Very nice and respectful..
They were rude on the phone complaining about how busy they are. As I was apologizing for taking 30 seconds of there time still rude when the pizza was picked up. I know good customer service and that wasn't it!

Although I had placed the order online and the dominos online tracker said it was done I still had to wait about 10-15 minutes when I got here after the tracker said my order was ready, for being a small town domino's they do not have their things together, luckily I'm only here for the weekend. Maybe some other time domino's in Ruidoso maybe some other time
We ordered over the phone for takeout and when I got to the Store they had never heard of our order. The staff was pleasant and friendly and we finally figured out that my wife had reached the Dominos in Alamogordo as the phone numbers were silmilar. The contacted the other store and cancelled the order and made the order up fresh for us and gave it to me with a smile. When I got home the pizza was delicious and still warm. A very nice experience and the staff was outstanding.
Edit:just got home and they forgot my marinara amd ranch sauce
