There’s no other option in town so what can you really expect? Great prices but would happily pay more for a superior product. Generally unclean bathrooms, lobby, and theatre. Understaffed and waited over 30 minutes to get my daughter popcorn. Outdated sound and picture. Noise pollution through walls from neighboring movie. Staff was nice but couldn’t keep up with demand.
they have updated this theatre. seats are so much better. the times we have been, never gets too overly packed. has 4 theatres, so obviously options are limited to a couple of shows. but they do run current releases.
Clean and relaxing theatre. Reasonable priced. Smelled popcorn the minute you walk in. Good selection of snacks.
If you're in Ruidoso and want to see a movie at the theater this is your best (and only) choice. The theater is small and has thin walls so there is some cross over of sound from the other screening. This is minor nuisance given the age of the facility and ticket price. The biggest sin, however, is the noisy popcorn bags. These bags are Sun Chips bag loud and super distracting during the film. Management, please, for the love of all things cinematic change to popcorn tubs. I would gladly pay the upcharge for the more expensive packaging if I could enjoy my film and salty snacks in peace.
Comfy seats and most delicious popcorn ever! The projectors are a bit old and flickery. There are two theaters.
