Completely changed the menu. All the favorite dishes are gone. Bring back the fried mushrooms and zucchini. Service was great.
If I could score this negative stars I would! I just went in to get some appetizers and drinks, we got our appetizers literally 30 minutes before our drinks came! We asked for some water even so we could eat and it took 20 minutes to get them. Then when our drinks finally did come, they were WRONG!! We sat here for 2 hours just trying to get our food, then drinks and then to tab out it took a good 30 minutes. I could count the people in here, it wasn't busy at all, there is just no excuse! I will NEVER come back! I suggest you don't either!
Good place to stop for food, drinks, and several TV screens for watching sports. It is near most of the local stores and shops that are popular for people to walk around in. They usually have music playing whether by jukebox or live band which is nice if you're a music lover. Generally speaking, the people I've met here have been friendly and welcoming.
Service was horrible. Literally took 30 min for someone to help us out. And even then i had ro go ask them to help us. We had been walking around all day and just wanted food and a drink. Then the waitress was in a very crappy mood like she didn't want to help us out. Looks like a cool bar but horrible service.
We showed up on the night of a UFC fight. It was one of the only places open in town. Got there a little before 9:00 p.m., and were told they were open until about 1 a.m. They weren't showing the fight... cool, no big deal. But then the waitress proceeds to tell us they just closed the kitchen and we cannot order food or appetizers; not 5 minutes later, the table right next to us puts in their order and receives their burgers and fries about 10 minutes after that. She also told us about 9:30 that they wouldn't be stopping tap service and only selling bottled beer. However, a band was coming around 11 if we wanted to go grab some food and come back. She was nice about it and I still left her a decent tip for the 2 beers we were barely able to get. But how does a bar that is open til 1 and getting a band at 11 stop serving tap beer at 9:30? This was my first trip to Ruidoso and my first time at this bar and I was EXTREMELY disappointed.
