EXCELLENT Customer Service and personnel that are sensitive to the needs of the customers!! Abby took me in last minute when my almost 15 year old dachshund quickly spiraled downhill. I felt my "baby" was put down with dignity. The staff was friendly and supportive. A cast of my pets paw print was given to us as her memory. My husband was able to hold and comfort our pet as she took her last final breath. THANK YOU to the staff of Ruidoso Animal Clinic for making this sad occasion quick and bearable!! Nice to see that GREAT Customer Service is still alive and well at this establishment!!
