Asked for an iced coffee with a splash of cream. Got a glass of milk on ice with a splash of coffee. Refused to correct it. I went to Sacred Grounds, got a good one and three my Starbucks in the trash. Would add for a refund from the mothership if i knew how.
Starbucks is Starbucks, one of the things we like about it is the consistency. Unfortunately today was a day where we were in a rush and the food side of our order was a comedy of errors. It did not leave us laughing though.
Friendly staff, good drinks. We had a large order and they got it out quickly. I didn't like that one manager was arguing about her schedule with an employee while people were ordering. That should probably be done in the back where customers aren't watching.
Great place.. But needs to handle cups better
