Within one hour of being there, I was informed that it wasn't the brakes, just the rotors that needed to be "turned." Although the process took longer than they expected, I appreciated the total honesty in that they didn't try to get me for more work than what was necessary. I will definitely come back next time my vehicles need work!

Can't say that we "hate" NAPA in Ruidoso cause the little dog on the counter is all about customer service. Made an appointment to have AC recharged only to find that the appointment THEY made was suddenly unavailable. Why schedule appointments if you can't keep them?? We WILL NOT return...
