My wife and I both ordered green chile enchiladas, mine were chicken and hers were beef. We waited at least 25 minutes for our food, when it arrived it was too spicy to eat. We took one bite and told the waitress to take it back and we got up and left. By far the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted.
This is our go to place for Mexican food in Ruidoso. Family owned Mama is always in the kitchen to make sure everything is up to her standards. If you want a true taste of the Southwest this is the place to go. One thing to remember, is that they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Native New Mexican found the food too hot to eat. Enchiladas had almost no filling other than green chili. Would not recommend it or go back
I must admit I was very disappointed in tonight's meal. Our meal was an hour late.
A table that got there 20 minutes after us got their meal before. The waitress messed our order up. And the food was definitely not worth the wait. Meat was dry, chicken enchilada was bland. To sum it up, I've had better food from a vending machine. Sorry but this was the worst service/food i have ever had. I can't believe this place was at a 4.3 rating???
