My recommendation: avoid this place like the plague, and look elsewhere down the road, there are plenty of places where they probably treat customers better.

I rented from this ski shop over the weekend with my friends and I received rude service when I asked for a refund on equipment that I didn't use. The owner snapped at me when I politely asked why I could not get a refund. I even tried to comment about no wax on the snowboards that my friends used, but he asked me to leave the store without giving me a chance to comment.
I rent my skis from this shop all of the time I go to Ruidoso. I've always received great service and prices are fair. The parking lot has a lot of parking. This comes in handy when dropping off your equipment.
We recently purchased 2 new pair of K2 boots at this shop. The owner was extremely professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the latest gear technology. Our boots were heat molded in the store. Overall the service was excellent, prices were competitive and the staff were very friendly.
