Pros: spacious, comfortable beds, quiant decorations and furniture, fully furnished with fully functioning kitchen
Cons: dust, cob webs, slow drain in shower, smelly sink drain, front door difficult to open.
We always enjoy Ruidoso. I would have enjoyed our stay much more had it not cost me my Christmas present. My husband have me a Tiffany bracelet for Christmas. I called two days after we left to tell them I forgot it. The front office said the housekeeping staff was so "honest" and they would have turned it in. They reported that they could not check the condo because another family had rented it for New Years. We had it for Christmas. I called back the day that the office said the family was checking out. The front office told me that a manager and housekeeping went to look in the condo again and I "was just out of luck." I would expect much more honesty from the staff. It became more of a headache and we will not stay here again. Dishonest
Very nice and inexpensive. They are dusty and could use a deep cleaning along with minor repairs. I was overall satisfied as it was inexpensive. Had it been cleaned and repaired it would be 4 1/2
An amazing view of Sierra Blanca and the Rio Ruidoso. Short walk to town. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Regarding the lost Tiffany bracelet - As one of the new property managers at Lookout Estates, I am very sorry you had a bad experience while you were here. We were not the property managers at that time, but have since created a new management company with all new staff since you were here. I hope you'll give us another try.
