Wonderful place to stay cool in the summer
Great location in the upper canyon...Condo #4 was nice and comfortable for my stay in Ruidoso... i enjoyed the sound of the Rio Ruidoso that I could hear from the deck, especially in the early morning and evening!
Love this place! This is the best place to stay in Ruidoso for the money. The cabins are updated (not 1970s like most places in Ruidoso). Plus my kids love the rec room that has so many special touches like home! We will be back for stay #3 very soon!
A nice quiet place that is close to town but well removed from the bustle and noise of the main thoroughfares.
These condos aren't fancy by any stretch of the imagination but they are perfect for those that are self sufficient and looking for a chill place to stay and decompress.
Recreation room was hot during the day couldn't enjoy use of it except late at night. View from balcony wasn't very good and couldnt see the river at all. Not enough hot water to condo to even take a bath. Very unhappy with this place for the money it cost.
My lady and I found this to be an incredibly comfortable, relaxing little condo. We liked the secluded nature of the place so much that we spent more time hanging around on the porch listening to the river and enjoying the fresh air than we had planned on.
