3. Water damage all over including mold at the bath tub. We both started with runny nose during our stay.
3. Paint is peeling and looks bad.
6. Out side yard was not maintained at all. Chair had grass clippings on them and grass was full of weeds.
4. The floor was not cleaned and bugs were crawling around.
Well we stayed at the facility from 9-5-14 through 9-12-14 in unit 603. We would have walked out of the facility if it was not for the local staff's hospitality and understanding. As far as the facility it needs to come up to the standard of RCI. The followings are the areas very under rated.
Wrong keys to the wrong room. Other room with correct keys, OCCUPIED. Got refund I hope, will be checking here in the next few days. I say NO.
5. Bed was not good. My wife had back problem through out our stay.
Came here for our 22nd anniversary. Friendly staff. Comfortable lodging. What's up with the negative reviews? Granted, it's not the Ritz, but our place was clean, the A/C worked, the TV worked...not sure why others had bad experiences. We had a very nice time and booked a room again for a few weeks from now. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. If you need more than just a hotel room (we love the apartment style condo), then Pinecliff Village is a good choice at reasonable rates.
Very few positive and that is the staff.

2. Faucets are corroded and leaky.
1. The facility is very old and and not kept up.
7. Laundry machines would not work...tried several time to make them work.
Family friendly. Quiet. I liked the location of the condos. Not fancy, but met our needs. Unfortunately, when we checked in they gave us our keys and we went to our room but It had not been cleaned yet. We had to leave and return a few hours later. Two light bulbs burnt out.
Wifi is awful. Bathrooms were disgusting. Carpeting was dirty. Won't be back.
