Excellent stay with clean, comfortable room, friendly & helpful staff, and speedy wifi, for a surprisingly affordable rate.
It was clean and newly remodeled. The staff was very friendly. I will definitively be staying again! Breakfast was hot and delicious. The coffee was the best hotel coffee I've had. The towels in the bathroom were very soft. The bed was very comfy too.
Room was great. They have direct tv which was a plus. Room was clean. Close to the casino. I would recommend.
Beautiful hotel. Very nice. Great breakfast friendly staff and the pool and hit tub are great. The suites are so nice ..I loved staying here and my kids loved it too, they loved the pool. The bed was super comfortable and I didn't want to get out

We Come to Ruidoso every year during the Holidays and stay for few days , this is the first time we decided to try this hotel and it was the best decision we made . we liked this hotel and stay next time again , everything was nice breakfast, room , price employees corteous we'll recomend it.
