The Hotel facilities are top notch, but they are revamping the heating and air conditioning, leaving line of their biggest events without any way to control the ambient air temperature. Meanwhile a front came through and it dropped snow all day, sending allot pic folks home early. Otherwise great place to hold a conference. Thank you for the kind hospitality.
Fantastic experience! The rooms were very comfortable and the food was REALLY good. Cooked to order omelets! Enjoyed the pool, golf course, and hot tub. Beautiful venue for a wedding, a meeting, or just to get away. We will be back!
"I simply enjoyed the stay and it was excellent positioned for my points of interest." Great customer service, great breakfast, very peaceful, beautiful views. I will go back again. The only reason, I booked it was because of the good reviews I read. Yes it was worth it. Only one negative thing was the night shift personal that takes care of lighting up the fire place was kind of rude and needs to stop looking at people in the wrong way. That we did feel uncomfortable. But other than that the stay was great! My stay was 9/9/17 - 9/10/17 Thank you and keep up the great customer service!

Look at what I found at my hotel room at MCM Elegante in Ruidoso. The lady (who works at the front desk) who was here said....oh maybe was a kid who put the gum on the bed sheet!!!! Incredible...it does not matter how expensive is the hotel, poor service is everywhere...obviously they don't change the bed sheet and/or pillow cases.
