This place deserves a zero. These pictures are deceiving. We were told that we would be getting a remodeled room. From what I saw, nothing was remodeled. The back screen door kept falling off. The stove didn't work properly. Only the left side worked. The place was dusty as hell. You can see the dust coming off the fan blades. It was really out dated for the price. On top of all that, the front clerk wasn't there half the time. When she leaves, she tells you if your checking out to just leave keys on the counter. If you're checking in, get your keys from a stack of envelopes left there. I also wanted a second key for my room. All the front door clerk did was look through a tin and just picked a random key. The keys were not numbered. This made me believe that ALL the keys were universal. I was proven right. When I was leaving the desk another tenant arrived. She was angry. She stated that she entered the room that she was given and SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN THERE. She literally walked in on them. The clerk apologized, stated that it must have been checked out, and gave her another room number. She did not change out the key. We slept with a chair by the the door. I was better off sleeping in a dumpster.
I don't normally give reviews but I had an incredible experience at the Tierra del sol condos so I decided to write one. This place has the best view in the area, the rooms are very spacious, and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable experience. This place is so magical that the deer will even come up to and eat right out of your hand. Stop searching and book a room here right meow
I was so very very satisfied with Tiara Del sol it was a slice of heaven! I am definitely gonna come back. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone for the price it was a steal diamond in the rough for sure. THE OWNER was awesome and very accomodating. We got to experience the beauty of the great outdoors and wildlife up close and personal. I give it a 10.
I just want people to know that some one apart of the staff that pretended to help my 70 year old parents, stole a travel bag while pretending to help them with a battery issue. Most of the contents in the bag wouldn't have amounted to anything to anyone except for a bank bag that had my parents life savings in it. Then when my parents went in to ask for help the office manager was a complete ass, and asked them not to come back in and ask any more questions because she had work to do.. if u do chose to stay here make sure u have no valuables, number one they will be stolen and number two the office staff will treat u horribly. This place doesn't even deserve the one star I just gave them.. these are 70 year old people who worked for every dollar they had, o and the one staff member that was in there car and so graciously helped them by taking there money didn't even show up for work the next day.
